Separate Outlier 1 and 2 Icons

Having separate icons for outlier 1 and 2 would be really helpful for knowing which pitch it is on from the attributes screen and not having to scroll all the way down to the quirks menu. Maybe just change the number in the radar gun to 101 and 102.
