Legend Hitting Has Ruined HOF For Me

I was absolutely crushing it on HOF so I moved the difficulty up to Legend but was doing really poorly so I decided to go back down to HOF but now I can’t hit on that either.
What has happened? Why has Legend ruined my ability to get hits on a lower difficulty that was previously very easy for me?
How do I get my ability back?

Have to keep adjusting back … takes way longer to readjust when you go backwards … keep swinging

Use the dynamic difficulty? Works for me because I'm garbage at hitting and good at pitching.

When you adjust difficulties, one of the biggest changes is pitch speeds. So your timing is all messed up from switching back and forth. I’d just stick to Legend and drop the pitch speed sliders down a tick and try that.
