Lightning cards?

What do u expect for these cards u guys thinking 95s or is that to much of a jump in the power gap cause we have a few 94s i feel like its gotta be 94 or 95 right. Love to get peoples opinions on this.

@GoozeFn_PSN I am to tbh but I feel like that will get negative light for “rushing the power creep”. I will have both monthly player and flashback lightning I’m hoping for 95 especially with how much the flashback one costs.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN Jackie was a 94. The first Miggy was a 95. It has to at least be a 94, but to me it needs to be more than Jackie this much later. They were 92’s last year, but it was a significantly slower power creep which started lower. The first TA last year was 85-86. This year it was 88. 95 feels right, so it will probably be a 94 because SDS can’t get anything right this year.

I'd say 95 is a longshot. Trout was a 92 after 2 straight weeks of 91 rewards. So I am saying Spotlight a 92 and a lightning at 93.
They jumped from 90 OVR first inning bosses to 92 OVR second inning bosses so I am guessing 94 OVR 3rd inning bosses. I can't see them dropping cards before the 3rd inning even arrives that will be as good as the 3rd inning bosses.
Inning bosses never hold up all season but I would hope that they would not release cards that are already outclassed by a Lightning card.
Last years Lightning and Retro lightning were 92s but we have already sailed past that point with Trout so I still think 93 (outside chance at 94)

@Dolenz_PSN this is logical but a 93 would suck but I think it’s the most likely outcome.

@Dolenz_PSN Looking at last year, the drop 4 spotlight cards were 89 in pack and an 88 in the program. The final program and pack gave 91’s and the lighting cards were 92. I don’t think that would be much different than Trout 92 from drop 4, 93-94’s in the final pack/program and 95 lightnings. Seems right to me.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I’d hold out some hope cause seeing the lengths SDS will go to to extract cash, I could see them making the Retro Lightning player higher rated than the Lightning one

@On_a_Power_Trip_PSN I don’t think they have done this before if they make let’s say the flashback a 95 and the monthly one a 94 or 93 I’m losing hope but hey sds anything for a buck.

I wasn't talking about the current bosses. I tried to use logic (sometimes silly when deciphering SDS' moves).
1st Inning Bosses = 90 OVR
2nd Inning Bosses = 92 OVRSo I am assuming 3rd inning Bosses would be 94
Unless they have just accelerated the heck out of the power creep and we are swimming in 99s beginning in June instead of after the all-star break in late July.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN Hard to say with so many options. We have no idea what this cityscapes thing is so your guess is as good as mine. The retro lighting might be able to get some guesses for. Larry Walker had an amazing April in 97. Bellinger in 19, but he just got a card. Hank Aaron 59. Vida Blue 71. Stargell 71.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I think that’s why they started higher this year. They wanted 99’s at the all star break and we weren’t there yet. We went from 96 to 99 last year quick.

@GoozeFn_PSN I feel like a Vladdy city scapes card is a lock with the famous cn tower skyline as the card art. I could mess with my fellow Canadian Larry. As a Sox fan idk who would get a city scape for us Alex Cora to drop new coaches in the game…
