<![CDATA[Lightning cards?]]>What do u expect for these cards u guys thinking 95s or is that to much of a jump in the power gap cause we have a few 94s i feel like its gotta be 94 or 95 right. Love to get peoples opinions on this.

I was looking at the whole season so far and not just April. Since we did not get a Lightning card for the 2 weeks in March who knows whether SDS will use those two weeks or just pretend that they did not matter

The dark horse here is Olson, who leads the league in 2B and TB, is second to McGonigle in position player bWar, hasnt had a big card that I can remember in a while, and he is the most likely of the others (Rice, Alvarez) to fall off.

No he got a lightning in 2022 which they recycled and reissued in The Show Classics series in 2024.

In 2025 he had a

78 - Topps Now

Why? He has had an excellent month but he is not, or should not be the lock that you think he is. Will he get a card? Probably but it should not be the Lightning.

3rd in HR
Tied for 3rd in RBIS
1st in OBP
1st in wRC+
1st in WAR

He beats Rice in every one of those categories

The Yankees have 26 legends and Flashbacks to Houston's 10
The Yankees have 9 cards with an OVR of 90 or above to Houston' s 4

If Houston gets robbed of the Lightning card, assuming it is a position player, then it will be a travesty. I don't even really like Houston but it is hard to deny Yordan's month.

Roger had a 64 overall common in Moonshot 2.0, and Gil’s other launch day card was actually a 79 overall silver (Veteran series, Mets’ TA program). Beltrán, now that I think of it, might’ve been the only one of them who actually did have a gold (an 83 overall Cardinals All-Star, also a TA reward)
