RTTS Baserunning

RTTS baserunning in MLB The Show 26 is frustrating.
I should only have to control MY player, not every runner.
Please bring back the simple “push stick to advance” behavior from 25.
RTTS should be about my career, not micromanaging the whole basepath.

Or is there a setting that changes this back to the way it was last year?

There's a setting (I don't have the game open so I don't recall which) that you only control your player when there's a base open. Just cycle through and you'll find it.
