    @Onix_Savage22_PSN It does look like a bigger drop next week, but a couple hours of content a week is just unacceptable. I was done with yesterday’s drop in a few hours. One a week drops is awful. This is the worst content has been in a very long time.

    They are very actively pushing casual single player DD players away, which is insane, since that is most of the DD player base. Still no repeatable for packs conquest. Requiring playing on All-Star for the reward card in Mini-Seasons. Preparing to require certain difficulties for things as simple as XP rewards in the reward path (the only reason it would say get X HRs on any difficulty, which it never has before). I have played very little this year, despite this being my main game for the last decade. It is very clear they don't want people that don't spend money, apparently fundamentally misunderstanding that the FTP players are required to prop up the whale economy. They also just don't seem to be putting much effort at all into this year. Sets and Seasons sucked, but at least they were trying. I'm not so sure that's true this year. Certainly doesn't seem like it. It looks like they've already checked out, knowing what is coming next year.

    @TripleH-4481_PSN I check every new content drop, hoping they will finally release an actual repeatable conquest map (they haven't) or fix the error that was requiring All-Star for the reward card in the New Threads Mini-Season (they haven't). Obviously, yeah, if the content continues the way it is, I will quit bothering to check the game and obviously I'll never buy or even look at it again, because why would I? This is not a "oh, they might fix it next year" situation like NHL is. This is a "fix it soon or I'm done for life" one. I've put thousands of hours in MLB. I don't want to walk away. That doesn't mean I won't. They are taking us for granted. That is a mistake.

    Im an offline player and every year I try to play online cause as we all see is where they’re going to put a majority of the better rewards. I enjoy it for a bit then get to the point where all you see is sliders away to take advantage of shrinkage and go back to offline until i stop playing for the year. I just don’t find the spamming of same pitches and pitchers “skill” and enjoy playing an offline game at a higher difficulty with real pitch mixes much more enjoyable

    @Teak2112_MLBTS

    This guy apollo doesn’t get it. Yes, I got the game to play DD offline only. I have no desire to deal with the online stuff and play the game to relax and unwind not be uber competitive and sweat it out. If online is your thing more power to you but it’s not for me. All I’m asking for offline is to be given a chance to play thru programs even its a slower pace than higher difficulties/online play.

    To be accurate - there is stuff to do offline. Bobby Grich sells for 9k today, 10k yesterday - if you get him and the other guys in that DQ, you make about 20k per run. Channel the 15 year old in you that would've gone all night and you can rack up 200k stubs in a day doing this.

    Also, mini seasons grind is still a really decent farming method for packs - probably the best ever?

    So what is meant is - there's nothing NEW yo do offline. Next week looks better, but good offline grinds like TA are just not being supported

    i have like half way for the 2nd program xp. last program I was done way early because they had more offline play to offer. I don't think I can complete it in another 12 days.

    also the last 2 events have been really boring.

    Anyone remember when SDS used to say “play your way” or “ finish programs your way”? Haven’t heard that in a long time.

    There is a reason for that. It’s now play our way and like it or leave it.

    Exactly my point! Requiring showdowns or making only one possible path to finish programs was bad enough. But making players go online when offline is their jam is another. The Mexico City program situation someone mentioned is a perfect example. That and the Seoul program used to be a normal program you could complete online or offline. Now it’s predominantly an online event program. They’re trying to make everyone participate that way.

    I wonder how many of the "$1,500 in 6 weeks" kind of guys are there among offline players as compared to online players. Even if the offline database is larger, the online players spending 20x+ the amount of the game on intangible items has to be a goldmine for them.

    @Teak2112_MLBTS either way you should know that you will have to do something other than just offline only to get what you desire. I just don’t get why you would spend money on a game just to run the same mini seasons 30 times in a row.

    You know. The fix for “The Mexico City Series “ is really really really simple.

    Simply put a repeatable PXP requirement in there and EVERYONE is happy. Make it 5k, we don’t care. Just give us an offline way to finish. Same with JR program. A repeatable 4242k requirement.

    Finish the program “your way”. I mean, seriously. It is so so so darn easy.
