No Goals, Stuck in Minors

Throughout all of Year 2 of my save file, I didn't get any goals assigned to me. As a result, I'm stuck in AAA because to get called up, I have to complete goals. I also have not been getting any training on off days, so I can't gain tokens quickly either. No matter how many times I've restarted the game/save file or gone in and out of the clubhouse, I just can't get any to pop up. Anyone else having this issue, or has anyone figured out a way to trigger new goals?

Same thing here. No managers, scouts send me messages. My manager doesn't call me into his office for anything. Im just playing games and destroying the ball in the minors.
