Challenge Failed

Every time i try to load into an online game it says "challenge failed". I've seen this problem when searching for a fix, but it seems that most issue are due to NAT type not being set to Open, mine is. Also, seems like there are issues with T mobile internet, i have ATT. I tried other games to see if it is an xbox issue but i can load into online matches just fine on other games. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still didnt work. I contacted SDS and they have not responded. has anyone had this issue? if so, what is the work around?

Do you have a recent MLBTS from the last couple years to test? Have you considered getting a PS5 instead?

i tried clearing cache and it still didnt work. any idea how i get a hold of sds support? they have been unresponsive to outreach

I have Tmobile internet and the same thing happens to be occasionally. The only fix I've found is to just wait a few minutes and try again. It works eventually.

dont have t mobile. unfortunately have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, did it all. still persisting issue third day in a row
