@LIONED-33_XBL reason I’m sceptical is because last year egg hunt collection came with egg hunt content and this year it didn’t.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN Not confirmed yet but I can’t remember any cards in the history of this franchise not being tied to a collection.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN because the eggs were the collection. So Jazz (i think) who was the program reward was the actual card needed, maybe it wasn't the Rolan collection, but the later ones where you had go other cards before the big one as you completed other collection milestones.

So, I went back and looked at all the live series collections I could find as well as a couple of the first big collections cards curious to see which teams haven’t gotten one of these early juggernauts. This by no means a comprehensive list. I could not remember or find any live series collection rewards beyond 16. I could also only remember a couple of the big collections cards. Please add any if you think I might have missed someone based on the teams I’m listing that haven’t gotten an early 99. So the following teams haven’t had one:
Orioles
Rays
Blue Jays
Guardians
Tigers
Twins
Angels
Reds
Brewers
Dbacks
Padres -

So confirmed it’s a “new legend”? It says new legend coming out same day as this legends and flashback collection. I can only assume the new legend will be the 99.

@GoozeFn_PSN look at content schedule in diamond dynasty. It showed up once todays spotlight was released.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN Never mind I see it now. I’d imagine it’s the collection. I’d like to see Carl Crawford. Harder to predict a new legend though.

@GoozeFn_PSN Carl Crawford would be fun rly the possibility’s are endless. Part of my feels they go al since nl already has 2 99s tho that doesn’t rly matter.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN Maybe, I’d like to see a team get one who’s never got an early collection. Selfishly, I’d love a Padre. I’d also like to see a new legend go to a team that’s lacking in legends.

@GoozeFn_PSN padres have some fun possible cards. Should definitely be interesting. Ken Caminiti would be most likely padre new legend or maybe Dave Winfield but I think he would be returning.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I still think it will be a left handed outfielder. I think Brian Giles could be an interesting addition, but there probably aren’t a lot of Padres that would fit. I’d love a 1998 Kevin Brown or MVP Caminiti, but I doubt it. Some other guys I think would be cool from teams who I don’t think have ever had an early collection:

Darin ErstadI think it might be a bigger name though. Ichiro would be amazing, but I doubt it.

Dude just hit lasers (seemingly) against the cardinals. They should do a “cardinal killer “ program and just have Giles Votto all Astros players on it. Beltran, Biggio, Bagwell, Berkman

@LIONED-33_XBL I’m pretty sure it was deGrom (not Jazz) cause I remember being able to do collections without even finishing the Egg Hunt program cause I didn’t know what all of the missions were (which meant getting both DQs (Rickey and Raines) and the special insert (Polanco), but I did it eventually)

I just looked at last year for fun and awards and milestones weren’t needed till 2nd collection now I just got Yeli for hitting ws this could be rly dumb but should I sell and complete egg hunt what I can and st pattys - trout. Even if awards are in it I have Felix Pedroia and santandar.

This thread is full of posts that are like "I have every card in the game except 2...am I close to getting collection???". Yes, you're close, dudes - like, closer than anyone else playing the game (minus like some streamer who buys every card).
But, I do think st Patty's and egg hunt is the big question - very few people have many of those cards, and their price will skyrocket if needed for collection
