Can’t play events but get into DD

Getting error code WS-116521-6 when I try to play ranked, BR, or events? But it lets me into diamond dynasty. Any advice? No, I don’t cheat. Average 36 year old player haha

I hear ya, just think that it’s weird that I saw your post after experiencing the crash. Never had that before. The online matchmaking problems Ive encountered before on PS5 but never had the game crashing on either console until tonight.
