Bug: Post patch notifications

I am getting transaction notifications for teams I don't even control

I've always had this issue, although it's only the notification at the end of each month about minor league players and whether they had a good or bad month. I usually get notified for 6 players from my team and 1-2 players from other teams. Could never pin down how to completely eliminate.
