Does the 10 year cliff still exist?

In years past, when players hit the 10 year MLB service mark, their numbers would tank, regardless of their age.
I noticed the other day that both Juan Soto and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. took a dump when they hit 33 years old.
I haven't played enough to see if the current batch of young players are regressing. Is this just a one-off or is this same old, same old?

I don't know for sure so can only go off what they said during their pre-launch streams. They claim that they have fixed it so a top player 85-99 doesn't just tank after year 10 but again thats only what they said.
