If you have the sensitivity turned all the way down the pci is going to move like its under water and just kinda slowly drift after you push the stick. Have you tried turning up the sensitivity to see if you have the same issue?

I was getting at that ive tried turning it up and down, i have zero control over it, if i aim at top of strike zone it drifts up instead of me being able to stop the pci on a dime
