Bug: Scouts being replaced randomly

So I went into the season with 1 scout, lets call him BOB.

Bob

• Efficiency 98
• Pitching 81
• Discovery 82
• Position Players 94

5th week in I noticed a pos player taking long to scout, welp, BOB is no longer a scout for me. I now have CALVIN

Calvin

• Efficiency 73
• Pitching 59
• Discovery 68
• Position Players 58

WTF new or old bug?

Hire & Fire staff = manual
Scouting = Manual

And on top of that, he isn't even in the pool anymore

Thanks for posting...good to know. I'm close to starting my franchise and this was one of the items I wanted to see if SDS touched. My complaint was CPU teams do nothing to improve their scouts beyond what is randomly done during the offseason. CPU teams don't try to maximize their $300,000. However, that is completely different than you situation where you shouldn't be losing a scout mid season. From everything I've tracked since they changed scouting a few years ago, this appears to be a new bug.
