@JenkinMeyer_PSN I literally bought all the cards to get to Maikel... then changed my mind and just relisted them on the marketplace.
If we NEED them, I'll buy them back later.
But for the moment, I am fine to have the WBC the one that I skip. I just wish I didn't already go up to Tatis. -

But for the moment, I am fine to have the WBC the one that I skip. I just wish I didn't already go up to Tatis.That’s kind of the way I approach it. Since I’m a Cardinals fan Pujols is all I care about and so I know a Cardinal isn’t going to be the new collection
So, I’ll just sit on those WBC cards or rent them past Tatis for TA then sell back. I usually do that before all collections anyway.
In past years I always always always buy weird cards in veteran or 2nd half or whatever series if I see them cheap and have extra stubs just to stash for the inevitable collection announcement then make bank
But for now it’s best to sell all WBC since I want LS completed, at least NL.
LS is ALWAYS a big part of future collections. WBC to be determined. The gap of number of cards between Tatis and Garcia is so so big and you’ll lose money if you save those cards and then they immediately lose half value once they announce you don’t need him for a collection. Make money now not later

This could be fun who do u guys think or want the card to be ? Cause it will be a 99 if I remember right. I wouldn’t mind seeing an Andrew jones if it’s a legend we have. If a unannounced legend posey or cargo could be cool if u wanna go even further back wouldn’t mind a magglio card I feel like it’s a of or catcher.

I'm thinking it will stop at Tatis for this first one as well. Garcia will be needed for future collections most likely, but by then the WBC cards should be more attainable. And there is usually one we can skip as well so hopefully that's the case again this year.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I don’t think it’ll be Jones since he’ll get a HoF Series card in July (right?)
oh and Magglio would be incredible - kinda rooting for that now that you’ve mentioned it

Unless you pull ohtani the live series collection should be punted in the short term. Grab all the other cards you want. You dont need to finish live series to compete in this game. I did finish a few of the live series collections. Because i wanted marte, and chone figgins.

I wouldn’t even worry about wbc it’s looking like spring breakout is gonna be the back breaker if u don’t have already. Cards are all 20k+ unless I wanna play a stupid amount of conquest. Are the USA maps worth it?

@Onix_Savage22_PSN put a power mod on him he is great. He is short and a switch hitters with 99 speed and great contact can play every position. Besides catcher.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL yeah I have him In the outfield For the speed he’s elite love him all 3 of the al bosses ( him anibal dp15) have been elite for me power mod is interesting may have to give it a go. Right now I have fielding and contact to play to his strengths.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL ok ok im chone in left pca in center tatis in right. im rly hoping tulo can come into his own for me this weekend classic because he has not been it for me so far elite defence he’s only hitting .180 tho. Everybody else on my team tho is mashing rn finally hit ws last night.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN nice!! Yeah sometimes you just have bad luck with a very good card. I always try to get a 100 at bats with them before I decide if im just not good with a card. Live series tulo id probably give him 200 at bats.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL yeah he’s definitely getting a long leash lol. He’s got till other 99s start coming out so atleast till asg. I know the problem I’m just having a hard time adjusting. He’s struggles with inside since his stance feels closed off. Righty righty inside sinkers is his antidote. Even when he catches up to anything tho it’s a late blooper over 1b or 2b. He has 3 hard hit balls for me they are 2 triples and a moonshot. His swing just feels slow I just have to get started earlier or go in pratice with tulo against a nasty sinker and just time up inside. Also probably doesn’t help I was swing happy at first with him and was chasing bad.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL yeah and he only has 50 abs but chone has roughly same amount ( finished al west last) and is hitting .345. idk if it’s just the pressure I feel when tulo is up but I’m feeling like I got the bad batch or smt must have givin me jays tulo by mistake. Nah jokes aside tho I’m sure he will turn it around. it just sucks that all the collection cards I’ve used on my team pedroia, figgins, campy, Pujols, Felix, anibal all feel more worth it then “the big one” haven’t used burnitz and singleton may have gotten 20abs so can’t judge those 2.
