hey SDS, when will franchise actually be playable

Since the last update ( 3/29) I've been extremely lucky to be able to play 1 game w/out crashing to the main the show mode screen-- going from the calendar ( which you're brought to after every played game ) to the main franchise screen.
It is @#%@ ridiculous !!
Before this update, the biggest bug i had was just the occasional wrong player models.
I've tried everything under the sun, that I can think of.. NOTHING works !!!
Must be a glutton for punishment, as i'm still attempting to play this current iteration slop.
How is anyone else actually playing franchise, without having to continuously replay the same game over and over and over again.. before you, miraculously, are able to save it ? Side note: it still does it w/ auto save active, too.
If anyone has found a means to get around this crashing, please let me know.
Things I've tried:
Hard restart of xbox sx
Deletion/ reinstallation of game
Playing on a different box sx
Removing trade offers ( tried this b/c when you advance to the next day, that's when you get responses to the offers .. Just in case the issue is with the offers loading )
Turned off new field of vision option
Closing out of / re-opening the game -
Must be an Xbox thing, I have had zero crashes on PS5
