DD 1st Inning Spin Not working

Has this happened to anyone else? I have already submitted a ticket for the first time this happened and I have had no response that they even received the ticket. Now it happened again and this time I was ready and took picture and video of the issue and will be reporting it once again. But you are given no chance to get anything but a silver card.. I know they like to reduce our odds but this is ridiculous. I do not see how this could be anything on our end (playing PS5) and I do not see this anywhere which is concerning because this is now 2 spins - the second spin it appears we were given a world baseball classic pack - but it also negates the fact that there is literally 0 chance that we would have received anything other then the worst thing available. I will be reporting this again and will update this thread accordingly but just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this. Has anyone else had a spin that was successful??

When I had the all silver board on the xp wheel I had a chase pack in my inventory,the diamond wbc pack the 2nd time,and the 3 pack wbc pack the other time, so I think it's just a visual bug
