i know i will be called every name in the book, but my question is why would someone use bots in this game?

That is all I'm hearing these days, but in this game, stubs do not transfer, they cannot be sold, and to exploit the marketplace doesn't seem to make a lot of sense unless you could sell the entire account.

And I do get it, you could transfer stubs buy upselling a really cheap items or cards, but that seems like something SDS could actually monitor as cheating/exploiting...

Are we talking about actual bots? or just people trying to work the market with macros while they are away to get an advantage?
Are we talking actual bots, or people using scripts to play Ranked Seasons to get stats done?

I'm not saying this isn't an issue, but I am trying to get to the motivation for their actual use if it is anything other than what I mentioned above....

    Now, let the roast begin

@w1ck3dx24_PSN not here to roast its bots put in the game by sds to close margins if I understand correctly. People can also pay for bots I’m pretty sure to flip for them I’m not sure of this I’ve just heard tell of it which is a bannable action.

They also use bots to accumulate stubs to sell to third party sites which then sell those stubs at a discount rate. So they basically do it to make money off the game and it’s against the TOS of course.

Could explain why margins are awful early in the year and get much better late in the season. I know a lot has to do with less players playing the game but I always felt there was more at play early in the year which made flipping almost impossible.

Nobody is using bots. The reason margins are bad is that its the beginning of the game's cycle and tons of players are trying to finish the LS Collection.

So instead of acknowledging that other people are actually trying to accomplish something, the OP and others are trying to accomplish, they resort to blaming something else.
