Marketplace Restriction from Legit Flipping / Website Use

My account’s marketplace access on the Companion App was restricted today and I’m trying to understand why.
All I was doing was completing Live Series by placing buy orders — a lot of it through the website. I had to repeatedly complete reCAPTCHAs while doing this, so everything was clearly manual.
No bots, no scripts, no third-party tools — just using the marketplace as intended.
I also enjoy flipping cards as a “mini game” within Diamond Dynasty — buying and selling cards on the market is something I spend a lot of time on... and enjoy it even more than playing the game.
If the restriction is tied to volume or speed of orders, that’s concerning, because this was normal activity. Buying and selling cards — even at scale — is a core part of how many of us engage with the market and the game. I mean, isn't this what Diamond Dynasty is all about?.
I’ve submitted a ticket already, but wanted to post here to see if others have experienced the same thing and to get clarification from San Diego Studio on what specifically triggers this.
This is obviously a false flag, so I’m hoping it can be reviewed and resolved quickly.
If flipping — buying and selling cards on the marketplace — is now being restricted (which isn't in the TOS), that needs to be clearly communicated, because it’s a fundamental part of how Diamond Dynasty is played. You can't just go around banning people... your PAYING customers.

@Bridge-Piece_XBL The fact that they are doing this with no explanation is despicable. I wasn’t even flipping when this happened to me. All I was doing was buying cards. I haven’t done anything against the TOC and I’ve been locked out for several hours. I’m so tired of stuff like this. No communication. Constantly trying to make it impossible for people to make stubs. This game is getting harder and harder to want to play.

@Bridge-Piece_XBL literally all we are asking for is a dev or somebody inside sds to come forward and say something. I don’t think an explanation is too much to ask for. Deep down feel like this is are punishment for all the complaining lol.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I literally never even complain - I've backed them through the hard times they've gotten. As someone who can't sit down and play 24/7, I like to engage with the game by using the app. It's my mini game, and I love doing it.
Straight up - if my access isn't restored, I'll never touch this game again.

@Bridge-Piece_XBL that’s fair I’ve had my dark moments complaining but I do try to back them and give them benifit of the doubt as much as I can. I just mean the community as a whole

@sds_joek_psn its time to just pull the market from the app. That would solve 99% of the problems you all are seeing and lead to way better pricing for everyone else.

Agreed. As someone who flips his way to millions of stubs every year yesterday was all the proof I needed that the app is the problem.
I was able to flip almost 250K yesterday with the app down. Login using remote Playstation app to my console and flip like I used to. Margins were GREAT and orders were FLYING. Almost instantaneous buy/sell orders. Just like how it used to be.

I pretty much stopped playing DD already. Got sick of it all. Couple issues? Sure. But it’s more than a couple and it’s not even that fun anymore. I’m trying out franchise but don’t see that keeping my attention for too long. Such a shame. This game has brought me such enjoyment since ‘06 and especially since COVID. Hate whatever is happening behind the scenes.

@aaronjw76_PSN so maybe wrong is it just flipping on the app they are cracking down on? Flipping on the console is fine they are just trying to take out people who use app?

Anybody have a definitive answer yet as to if I flip on console will I get penalized for it? Is it just app flipping that is frowned upon now or is it flipping in general. Not rly willing to risk a ban on my account as I do a lot more on this game then flip. I’m not just a no life flipper but I enjoy it from time to time as a break from ranked.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN according to a Reddit post with an SDS email screenshot from a guy whose account was suspended for app/web market, you can flip from the game no problem.
