WAY too many balls thrown by CPU pitchers

It was bad in previous years, and somehow even worse this year. They are either throwing 6 straight balls or dotting the corners like they’re Greg Maddux.
But you know it’s bad when I got walked TWICE in one inning by Darren O’Day with 95 control in Mini Seasons. This is on All-Star difficulty. What are we doing here???

CPU throws some nasty high sinkers and breaking pitches this year. Almost think they break more up high than down low.
EDIT - Also, what's up with batters jumping away from inside pitches so frequently? I've seen them jump away when the pitches were simply high but over the plate.

This needs to be dialed down, it’s near impossible to strikeout anyone on an inside pitch, especially online. I’ve had quite a few instances of the batter jumping back on a slightly high fastball that’s not even inside
