Why can't you allow the AI to earn XP as we do?

I find that one of the most frustrating things in sporting games. How dumb it is how we are capable of just 20+ ovr boost in a season while the AI (even if they do good) won't barely be up 3 OVR. No reason we can't make these things happen. Like the game's aren't played or the community isn't listened too. Still one of the better CAP mode a sport game has, but just when playing all these years you just see blandness eventually.
Hopefully next year RTTS is a tad more looked into.

while its not as drastic as 20+ ovr i had a team mate go up 7 ovr in just one season on my 1B player

I think it has to do with age. They said they adjusted it this year for 33 and up. But, remember they also said secondary was available from the st.
Take it with a grain of salt.

@Tandil1368_XBL but I am in AA. The guys that are doing just as well season wise should be leveling up just as much or something. The fact we can gain 10 levels in the amount of time they gain 1 maybe 2. Or allow us to earn less or something. Just my issue with all sporting games with a RTTS ish mode.
I don't think the AI OVR changes as much as they should, whether its good or the bad. The AI itself needs its own, separate way of earning XP to lvl them up similar to us.
