Live series collection bug

@SavageSteve74_PSN no it literally says they are not unlocked anymore even though they are already in your inventory. It says I still need two cards to unlock Greg Nettles... except I've had him for over a week. It is showing the Yankees collection is not complete and I cannot continue to get the bigger bosses. This is the same with 10 other teams in my collections that I have collected. You cannot continue the live series collections with the way... it is it's not just a visual bug

Are any of these things ever going to get fixed? Lots of bugs, very little fixes.

@iBonafideScrub__PSN exact same. I had 21 live series done and now it says I have 2. What is going on.

@SavageSteve74_PSN not this year. It is literally saying the boss cards are not collected meaning you can't continue the live series collections even though you already have that card. Greg Nettles for instance, I've had him for over a week and collected. I still have him except now it's saying I don't have Greg Nettles unlocked as far as the live series collection is concerned.
This is something that will cause a lot of trouble if they don’t address it promptly, I am a Paul Skenes away from NL central.
If I buy Skenes and can’t unlock Burnitz, then what’s the point of collecting if you can’t even progress towards Felix, Pujols and Tulo?

I see what you're seeing in-game. On the App, it shows my collections correctly.

MLB the bug…..seems this year takes the cake for weird glitches and bugs by a wide margin.

I stubbed my toe today. I think SDS owes me packs for this egregious injustice.

I know that the team collect shows as not complete, but what happens when you go into the division collect? you still have the cards so they should still show up and be able to collect in that one right?

When doing the live series card collection I am buying the last 2-3 cards from the marketplace. The cards show up but it won’t let me collect them. I have tried closing and restarting app but even that doesn’t help. Anyone else having this issue or can offer any help?
