I pulled ohtani tonight but when I went to my inventory he wasn’t there at all and I don’t know what to do

Double check to make sure you got him, on the app you can see opened pack history. If you actually pulled him, take a screen shot and then send in a ticket with the screenshot. They’ll make sure he’s placed in your inventory.
