Game crashes

I’m on my third season on Road To Show but it keeps crashing when I try to start it.

I'm in my second and it does the exact same thing. You're not alone buddy. Half of Reddit is complaining and they still haven't fixed it

@bd-eric-murphy_xblDo you use auto save? If so that’s more than likely the issue. Try creating a new game, if it doesn’t crash. Stop and follow steps below.
Step 1: Turn it off
Step 2: Delete your save. I know it sucks this happened to me twice. First time was just after I signed my 1 non arbitration year. Signed a 9 year contract in The Show 17. The next one was The Show 19, 5 years in.
Step 3: Load the new game
Step 4: once at a save point create 2 manual saves
Step 5: Play and manually save after each game DO NOT save over both manual saves. After you play a few games (I usually play a series or a week)
Step 6: After series save exit to main menu and load. If game loads backup to secondary.
Step 7: If game does not load EXIT GAME COMPLETELY DO NOT LOAD BACKUP.
Step 8: Restart from dashboard, go to files and delete corrupted file (the top save)
Step 9: Load backup then save another. Rinse and repeat
All this information was found on Reddit in 2019 when I tossed my controller after losing another save.

I did this already. It's something that has to deal with being a position player entering their 2nd season of triple A
