How can I stop the glitches where baserunners disappear and teams somehow score runs in between (half) innings?

Last year, I saw that someone made a comment that when he was playing RTTS, he claimed that the opposing team was getting gifted runs in between innings, he said he uses the sim to next appearance option and I use the show sim screen option (by that I mean during games, when you’re not in a situation where you’re controlling your player, you see a sim screen where you can see what happened), little details like that kinda bother me, so with my show sim screen setting, does it still actually happen? Moving on the the stuff about baserunners disappearing, I know it’s been a glitch, I dont play base running situations and again, I use show sim screen, but the reason I’m asking this is because small things like these just worry me
