Stupid question, but do teams really get gifted runs in between innings and do base runners still disappear in RTTS 26?

I don’t think they were getting gifted runs, sometimes there would be a lag during screen changes. I’ll admit there are still a more than comfortable amount of bugs, but this one isn’t one of them.

There was and still sometimes still is a freeze when screen changes from the advance to the field (playing) screen. Pause the screen and you view the logs in the Stats section. That will show you everything that happened in each inning.

So, do teams still somehow score in between innings and baserunners can disappear with show sim screen?

I’ve never seen this but what can I say is that there is something questionable when it’s the final game of the series. A team with a record like 30-60 playing your 1st place team all of the sudden scores 10 runs in an inning. When an entire team with snow flakes and batting averages below .150 all of the sudden becomes an entire team of Aaron Judges it’s ridiculous.
This game has has a RNG problem since 2016 and because it’s never been fixed and when you pile more buggy code on top of old buggy code it becomes a snowball going down Mt Everest. This is 10 years of unresolved issues annually, a small issue becomes a mountain.

Do you use show sim screen?

I play every game, I don’t trust the simulator it ruins streaks.

I meant during a game the sim screen that shows the batting order and shows how every at bat went

When I’m on base with a player that is average or below average runner I always sim to next appearance, because everyone behind always strikes out when you are on base.
I did a test about a month ago on these forums I posted the results of 100 times being on base with Judge batting behind me. The results were pretty interesting.

Turn off auto save, keep 2 copies of your save. After you turn off auto saves, if you suspect the run issue exit and reload. Auto saves can cause corrupt files when servers go down. I lost a 6 year career from this on more than one occasion over the years. . If your file gets corrupted exit game before you load your backup. Do not reload the corrupted file delete it.
