I did the AA to the show several times last year. My 2-way player did 6 games in AAA this year. I do think it’s possible if you can get your OVR up higher than the lowest ranked same position player in the majors.

I don't know the exact amount of games, but I do remember previous shows where I went straight from AA to MLB but I think your OVR played a factor as well as injuries to other players in the organization, more specifically players that play your position that are on the MLB roster.
So far this year I played Double A for like 2 months, got called up to Triple A on 6/3 and then got called up to The Show on 6/23 and my call up to MLB was before I hit my OVR goal of 72... I want to say I was a 70 OVR when I got called up to Marlins this year.

As a pitcher I got called up to AAA FAST and hit the Majors like 2 weeks after that. Was kinda shocked tbh because I was no where ready to be in MLB rotation

Yeah, my CF spent about two or three weeks at the AAA level. I was really expecting a longer stay, but all my players so far have been called up before the All-Star Break.
