Unable to play Diamond Dynasty on PS5 ??

What country is OP trying to play from? I recall a guy having a similar issue in Russia.

Also just realized don’t have to have online membership to enter Diamond dynasty. Only online versus others. CO OP.

That’s why I love it because I cancelled my game pass after their 30 dollar greed. And they took my remaining days like 3 or 4 instead of letting them run out! Never seen a membership do that! Won’t get another dollar from me!

It's really weird why it is doing it!
We also have Starlink so the network/internet shouldn't have any troubles there.

This seems like the error is with your PS5. Is there a setting in PS5 that would prevent H2H? Also have we ruled out suspended account?

@EliteDonahue_PSN Okay well that should rule out suspended account. I know others have probably asked questions I may repeat but are you able to play other online games with other people? Are you able to play conquest or versus CPU on Diamond Dynasty on your PS5?

@EliteDonahue_PSN Have him try to play an "offline" mode in Diamond Dynasty. If he is able to do that it may be a port issue. Someone with more knowledge than I have could be able to help you from there but it should be something you can resolve yourself.

And if connection keeps gettin lost try phone hot spot one time. I can’t play last years game or this one without it. Lose connection in menu after one minute. First pitch of game, bottom of first no outs, etc. had 20 or 30 in one day last year. Lol. Optimum worked for first 250 hrs of game then phone for last 250.

And I have just as many hours in college football game and maybe one or two normal disconnects with Optimum left on in 500 hrs. Very strange.

Very strange! i don't know much about it but we will try different ways in a few hours!

Tried hot spot on phone - it still didn't work.
After he is given the error it says "You are currently disconnected!"

@EliteDonahue_PSN it did that earlier for me with my standard internet then I retried and got in diamond dynasty and got one game completed before disconnecting. Hopefully they can get figured out with information we give them. Why my phone works but not yours. Why my Optimum internet doesn’t.

oh my! Tried with a second phone hot spot - and still didn't work!
Also check the setting in PS5 that would prevent H2H and all seems good there.
