How do you like new pci sensitivity?
-
I use precision rings and can never really cover the bottom of the zone. I've used them for past 2 or 3 years.
Tried no rings and a slower pci sensitivity. I can cover bottom of the zone better but pci feels a little off in general, yesterday especially im wondering if the slow servers were messing with results
Any other precision ring users? Keeping or dropping them with the new pci sensitivity feature?

Keeping the rings and leaving sensitivity at 100%, I’m already comfortable like that, if my comfortabilty changes maybe i will mess around with it.

This.

I’m trying it out with low sensitivity and it’s going alright so far. I used precision rings before which I loved for hitting, but I always felt like fielding was difficult because I had to mash it to make my guy run for a fly ball.

Which colour did you use, i use the green one which has the least resistance, i’ve never noticed a negative impact on my fielding, if you are using purple or black, give the green a try.

Same here.My biggest issue is slamming the pci down below the zone on fastballs at the bottom third of the zone... so I either completly miss or pop it up.
The rings did help with that but I could not get to the corners of the plate well enough and the rings did negatively impact my fielding.
The PCI sensitivity is an excellent addition. A lot of us have been asking for that since '15. I use low sensitivity at 25% and it is working well so for me at the plate. I am surprised that, even with low sensitivity, that I am still able to quickly make contact with high/in fastballs. That was my main concern with dropping the sensitivity.

I've been tinkering with it, I like that you can adjust the speed it moves, if you find you are jamming the edges you can slow it down and if you aren't getting to spots you can speed it back up, it's great.
The one I really like is fixed zone, I'm back to original again ,but for a time there I used it because I wasn't moving the pci up, and after I'm getting to pitches up in the zone and have been a lot more accurate with placement everywhere in the zone
