What’s the best way to submit a request? I have submitted a couple over the past couple days but still nothing

I submitted a ticket as well, after only receiving 1 Now or Later pack in 26 even though I completed and opened 21 vouchers in 25.

I don’t understand why is taking them so long I have only received five of the 26 I’m owed. And I also haven’t received my 85 Carlos Beltran. Please SDS fix this

I have submitted multiple tickets as I only got 10 out of 26 now and later packs and no Beltrán. Also SDS is inconsistent when responding to emails. Hopefully I’ll get Beltrán soon

Same here ya'll. I got my now and later packs but no Beltran. I want him for collections at this point. I submitted a ticket yesterday. Keep us all updated.

Still sitting on 13 of 26 packs and no Beltran. Put a ticket in yesterday and have heard nothing. My expectations are near 0 at this point getting rest of my packs and Beltran. What a shame. Oh well, I'll just enjoy what I got and time to move on because obviously everything what we are saying to them is falling on deaf ears and absolutely no communication which is the worst part of this.

The whole point of the Beltran program in 25 was for players to have him at start of 26. Nope.
