Appears that the update this morning fixed this issue.

Flamethrower is now triggering with only 1 out, as expected. No other perks tested yet, but encouraging!

While the bug is fixed how the perks are currently working still make most of the pitching ones useless unless you are a SP cause most of them have a restriction that only SP can really take advantage of like pulse pounder. It has a requirement of at least 6 K to activate and if you reduce that down to even 5 you lock out the other options cause you can only choose 3 options before its "mastered". Frankly i'd rather have the player quirks back than the perk system at this point.

@kabaccs_PSN it's all lazy they are they don't even need to fix like the perk like pulse pounder all they need to do is just fix the syntax and just say it's active on home games and not away games I mean it's very simple
