How do trades actually work…

I’ve been trying to figure out how to make trades actually work. I don’t hate the new system, but I also can’t seem to grasp what deals will definitely go through compared to what won’t.

you will need to make an offer to the cpu and then wait a few days for the other teams response - there is no way to definitely know if a trade will go through that you offer (what i think is a great change)

Go to the trade hub and set up the trade. It will take a couple days before it goes tbrough( no more instant trades) there is an exception if you control all 30 teams. You can go to the team being offered and instantly accept the trade.

Best thing to do is see what 3 positions they have listed as their most critical need, then see if the player you want from them, if you have a similar player playing a position they need, who has a similar Overall, Potential, and salary.
