pci before input

Help me out here please. So if you press the button to swing the pci stops moving right? You have to place the pci first, then swing correct? Which i feel like is extremely hard to do with outlier fast balls. Barely have time to push the button to swing let alone get the pci to the ball. What alot of us do is swing and move the pci at the same time, that is were alot of us are going wrong. The method of swing and moving the pci at the same time seemed to work better in previous years. I feel like the pci glitches alot more now in this game, it doesnt move to where we want it. Does anyone else notice this? Or maybe im just getting older and dont have the reflexes anymore. Id like some input from good players.

Have you tried the new fixed zone hitting? I’ve gotten used to it and it’s good against those that spam high inside fastballs

@GooseOnEm_PSN I feel like its harder to control when it does not snap back to the center. I also feel like there is a reason they made these new hitting inputs. I maybe onto something ^
