Gm managers ?

Just trying to see if anybody knows is it just a rights issue or a bug but I have noticed in franchise mode more than half of the managers that were in 25 and that are real life managers are not in the game.
For example Yankees had Aaron Boone in 25 and 24 but this year it’s “James Morrison” lol
Every team that’s on this list doesn’t have the correct manager in the game but at least more than half of these teams did in 25 and 24.

Royals
Angels
Mariners
Athletics
Rangers
Nationals
Cardinals
Padres
Giants

The mangers have to give their ok to be in the game. They probably didn’t get paid enough to get their likeness in the game
