When? November when nobody cares anymore and there are multiple other guys with similar attributes.

It doesn't matter which level of reward he is. It is a Red Diamond, a signature card and probably the only 99 he will have until November. His primary attribute that he is known for should not be outdone by an opening day Live series card (probably more than one since I did not see Schwarber, Raleigh, or Ohtani's power ratings).

As a side not Gil Hodges had more power last year as the NL collection reward. 107/102 and he only had only had 370 career HRs

I don't think it adds enough. with the contact/contact boost all 4 contact stats are +9 to whats shown above, everything else is +2 across the board
Since the one with mod is p5, i assume whast shown above is actually p3, and the mod adds +7s to the stats. So you can get the power to 113/110 which is better but you can do the same with Judge.
However, Judge also 6th all time in slugging percentage, and that includes two Negro League players. But ahead of Barry Bonds. If there is any player since Bonds worthy of having live series power greater than a collection reward its Judge.

With that said, I do agree that the Pujols collection, NL or MLB, should have at least +10 to power and let the player decide if they want to push it over 120 or not. Peak Pujols is only slightly below peak (current) Judge and a signature card should be more juiced than live series

I agree with you on Pujols power, I can understand Judges power being so high,this last year was his 3rd or 4th 50 homer season, the only one with more is Ruth and maybe not for long
