i though it's a good idea, more intense to attract European!

    Core Rule Summary
This system maintains the traditional total of 27 outs per game for each team but grants the offensive side the right to "advance" (borrow) outs, transforming baseball into a game of resource management and tactical depth.

    1. The Advance Out Credit
Quota: Each team is granted three (3) "Advance Out" credits per game.

Execution: The offensive manager may apply to the home plate umpire to activate a credit at any time during the first 8 innings (must be declared before the 3rd out of that half-inning occurs).

    1. Debt Settlement
Mandatory Deduction: All "Advance Out" credits used during the first 8 innings are collectively deducted from the 9th inning.

    2. Strategic Constraints
Per-Inning Limit: A maximum of one (1) "Advance Out" can be used per inning (capping a single inning at 4 outs).

No Reversals: Once an Advance Out credit is activated, it is considered consumed regardless of whether the extra out results in a run.

    Strategic Impact Analysis
    For Global Fans
Early Climax: The middle innings (4th–6th) become significantly more intense as teams burn credits to break the game open.

Visual Suspense: Broadcasters will feature a "Remaining Credits" tracker on the scoreboard, allowing fans to calculate the probability of a comeback just like "Timeouts Remaining" in basketball.

    For Strategic Depth
The Gambler’s Dilemma: coaches must choose between "scoring now" and "saving hope for the 9th."

Pitching Pressure: Defensive pitchers must possess the mental and physical stamina to handle a "4-out long inning" under high-pressure scenarios.
