How do i create my roster?

Im an Angels fan and i want my roster to reflect this years Angels so i have to get Grayson Rodriguez and others , how do i do that ?

Go to the roster vault and download the most upto date rosters

Go to the franchise and when you click the Angels it should give you an option to upload current rosters
