Audio unlockables not working in Franchise for me

So, I cant figure out why the audio clips I have bought/unlocked won't work?? I have equipped them in the appropriate section in franchise mode but nothing happens in-game. I would like the homerun sound effect and run scored sound effect to work but no luck. May be a glitch that SDS won't fix. Can any franchise players help me? Thank you.
