It seems like the OP matches up with players far inferior to him, but then you seem to imply the reverse never happens. If you beat a better opponent its 'oh we are both good, its baseball'
which is where i go back to my statement that you probably aren't as good as you think you are. Especially if you are at a low enough rank that these supposedly terrible players are matched up with you.
No one seems to be denying that the RNG component is heavier this year than past years, but you make it sound like a legit bronze II player beating a 800+ ranked player is a common thing.
And again I reference you being an offline player, because users who make that assumption are usually not privy to how the game can play.
I also like how you glossed over where if I lose to a good player too, because that happens. A few rng plays or swings can sway the game, but rarely does a “good player” strike out 16 times and gets a majority of hits on late swings or balls in the dirt.

@Chrono_Omega_PSN
You cannot be talking about how bad offline players are when you have never made world series and you finished last season at 581. Respond to other people's objections rather than just attacking them because you think you are a better player than them. -

GOT ‘EEEEEM -
I play online, and as frustrating it is, just when 2 good teams play each other in real life it could go either way. Sometimes bad teams win. Thats baseball. Because you can't compete doesnt mean the game cheated you, just means you're not as good as you think. When you lose take a moment before coming on the boards and posting. Losing happens. Good players lose to people they have no business losing too, and bad players like yourself lose too. More often than not.
-
When you inflate your skill level way higher than it actually is you start to get a bit delusional.
This usually leads to an inability to take a loss, which is quite evident here. -
lol that’s funny because I have made World Series this year lol, I literally have the banner and icon
some of yall really just talk and don’t look into anything -

You likely aren't as good as you think you are.
Also, why didnt you voice concerns after the games you won vs better opponents if this is such an epidemic?Opinions from non online players is always intriguing. I don’t voice opinions against better opponents because I can see they are good, there’s no issue losing to someone who actually played great instead of someone who struck out 16 times and got majority of their runs via flukes.
But what about all the times you are beating clearly superior opponents? If what you claim is true, that there is no skill involved, surely this would have been an issue for you too?
Most of the time the better opponent wins, does that disqualify all the times I’ve been gifted opportunities? No. I look at as when 2 good teams play each other in real life, you’re more likely to see a 2-1 series more than a sweep. And if a sweep happens tip your cap. It can go either way against good players, but in no universe should a really bad player get more opportunities then someone who is outplaying them 10 fold.
So you say that if two good players match up; the better player of the two will win.
But then you state that skill doesn't matter.
So how did the better player win?
I’m just gonna do what you just did and ignore what you typed. Always the offline players that try to debate yet don’t play the game online.
So youre deflecting the question by assuming I don't kniw what I'm talking about because you looked up my profile and noticed that my Ranked Recorde is 0-0. So I must not play online.
Thanks for assuming that.
Guess you didn't take into consideration that my U.P. doesn't show the games I played in BR or in Events.
Guess you didnt take into consideration that any games played in Weekend Classic dont go against your Ranked record.
And I guess you didnt take into consideration that I may have a secondary account where I play my Ranked games.
So, after stating all that, are you going to answer my question?
Or will you come up with another excuse, or way, to deflect the question?
Then it should be no problem to post your stats? And we’re talking online stats btw.
What does me posting my online stats have to do with answering my question?
I asked if two good players match up, and skill doesn't matter, how does one win and the other lose?
That has absolutely NOTHING to do with my online stats.
Again, keep deflecting the question.

@Chrono_Omega_PSN -- The letter of the rule may say one thing, but everyone seems to understand what the spirit of the rule is. Still, I've gone ahead and fixed the rule to remove this loophole.
We all have tough games that frustrate us, but the rule on these forums is that we show others respect, and it's non-negotiable.
Thank you.
