THE SHOW 24 SPONSORSHIPS WON'T WORK ON FRANCHISE MODE!!!

I applied three sponsorships (2×gold+1×silver) but I can't visually see them on my franchise.
I haven't checked if the funds have been adding to my budget which to me is secondary to actually see them in game on my screen which is what I care most to being able to see them physically while I play the games cause I think they are pretty cool but it sucks they don't work in this version of the game dunno why. Checked twice, even reinstalled the whole game but they don't display regardless!!!
Anyone having this issue?!?!?!
