Not getting any Program XP

I haven't gotten any Program XP from playing games since inning 9, I noticed late (right before the switch to inning 10).

I'm stuck at 108,025 (from player exchanges, Altuve exchange, 9th inning bosses exchange and completing Ketel)

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you have a fix? It sucks knowing I'm gonna get any XP for these games.

Uninstall and reinstall your game.
