The one personal stat that just makes me sad this year

In the corner is Baby Me in my Lou Lou Lou shirt. 11 years old in 1975, a year after I sat in Busch Stadium and watched Lou Brock steal base #105 on the season to break the single season record. 50 years later I only have a single Stolen base with him in the game because, even at P5, he only has a 67 Steal attribute and only 80 speed. ( I am not sure but I would guess that the one steal came as part of a double steal as he was a trailing runner behind Victor Scott)
There are 317 cards in the game with a better steal attribute.
There are 552 cards with more speed, including a Josh Naylor card (567th in Statcast's Speed rankings)He'll most likely still get a card (I hope) but it is just so late in the year at this point.

I love my Lou Brock Cards, this one was a little disappointing.

Well, it’s a moonshot card, and those cards are always wacky because of the concept behind the card.

Yes, and I had no major problem with that in early May when it was released but I did not know then that I would be waiting at least 6 months to get a card that was actually representative of his skillset (assuming we actually get one).
In a season where we are about to get our 6th Nick Kurtz card certainly they could have slipped in a second Brock card at some point mid season
Not having a Brock card with 99 steal would be like releasing multiple Ozzie Smith cards without any of them having 99 fielding ..... Oh, wait...
