Card Release Tiers: 2021 - 2024

Here is a table showing different card tiers by year.

Interesting to me

1. Even though the total number of cards went down last year in comparison to 2023 we actually had more 99's released last year. 535 compared to 494

2. There were 193 99 OVR cards in 2021 and 535 last year. An increase of 177%

3. Most commons was in 2021 with 932

4. Among Diamond sub-tiers 95-98 has had the most cards over the four year span (1,745)

5. Last year was the first year that there were more 99s than 95-98 cards.

To compare that to this year, we currently have 321 99 overall cards (including Ranked 1000) so the number will be lower this year. Although that will still be more 99's than 95-98 cards (286 currently). There are 871 common players this year, the most since 2021.
