    What gives lately? CPU a bit juiced/amped in lower levels? CPU hitters more aggressive and CPU pitchers excellent painters. I especially enjoy the CPU pitcher that shows fastball peak at 101 but is tossing 103, repeatedly, with outstanding location.

    @evanchance_PSN The CPU pitching has been the same all year. I haven't noticed the CPU hitting or scoring more.

    @RealMessiah_XBL

    Maybe not the hitting but the pitching is juiced/amped.

    @DrBear100_PSN It has been all year though. 55-60% ball rate and a high pct of the strikes nipping corners no matter what difficulty you are playing on. Doesn't seem to matter who the pitcher is either. Similar to CPU fielding, player ratings seem to be thrown out the window for CPU teams.

    I am playing A LOT in the most recent Mini Season. Best way to earn packs, than stubs, IMVHO.

    I play at veteran level, with Timing hitting.

    Recently, I have witness a slow but steady decline in hits and home runs from my 99 all around squad. Even If I am facing 65 to 70 level pitchers.

    When I am not playing in this mode, I am turn my time to the Conquest maps I did not do earlier this year. There, I face 80-90 level pitchers with the exact same 99 all-around Squad. My performance at the bat is similar. The CPU pitcher performance (pitch speed, location and movement) is also similar

    How does it make sense? How is that, let's say, Mason Fluharty 68 card throw as good as Nathan Eovaldi 87 card? What does that tells us about the grade that are given to cards?

    What I notice, though, is that the Conquest CPU teams are better offensively than the AAA level teams we are facing in the mini-season. Make sense.

    But in my experience, the pitching in the Mini Season in question is clearly boosted.

    Mini seasons has seemed to play a difficulty higher than conquest since it started. I've always found that veteran mini season plays pretty close to all-star conquest.

    I have seen this come up before and I’m not sure why this is a problem. The cpu should be better in October than April because now we all have god squads with 99s at every position. Not to mention most of us have been playing for 6 months, while many of us were still grinding off the rust back in April. If the cpu didn’t adapt and play a little better, we would win every game 18-1 or whatever and then it’s like what’s the point in even playing.

    @SchnauzerFace_MLBTS The assumption made is "all" are playing with "god squads" is inaccurate...at least for me. The overall rating of the "theme team" I run averages between 82-86, not 99's.

    I do understand the point you are trying to make and I would lean towards agreeing however not in this case.

    @dbrooks1869_XBL That is because in Mini Seasons they aren't live series teams but teams with ratings closer to our own. It plays more difficult because the spread in team rating is not nearly as big.

    @RealMessiah_XBL I don't play mini-seasons, and I know it was in response to another comment. I'm just trying to do the math.

    Hey, I appreciate all the responses but it's apparent that not everyone plays the same way.

    Thanks again.
