Please release Pitching Captains for teams that still don’t have one.

Perhaps each teams finest card could be a captain and fix it, that might be screwing someone more deserving from getting it though.

That right there is everything wrong with this year's design.
You are expecting each team should get a single finest card.
There should be 100+ finest cards like there were in 2023. I would go as far to say as every team should get at a minimum an offensive card, a starter, and a reliever

Hence why I want manager boosts instead of captains

Yes, there should there are issue with teams not having both Pitcher and Catcher captains but there are other problems as well.

The boosts are varying depending on teams. Miami gets 128 points worth of boosts while St louis only gets 48 (or only 40 if you use Victor Scott II).

They seem to have made the decisions on how much of a boost the captains would provide at the beginning of the year (maybe based on projections or cards they planned to release) but they do not make adjustments as the season goes on.

Finest Cards
The "Finest" series evolved from 2021 to 2024. In 2021 it was all current players but starting in 2022 it became all retro finest cards. The current season Finest were put into series with the year name (ex: 2022 Finest)

In 2021 there were 74 cards. Milwaukee had the most with 5 while six teams only got a single card (Arizona, Colorado, Detroit, KC, Pittsburgh and Tampa)

In 2022 there were 45 regular Finest cards and 124 Retro Finest

In 2023 there were 118 regular finest and 72 Retro Finest (Seattle led the way with 7 regular finest cards while Min, KC and Ari each only had 1)

In 2024 there were 41 finest cards and 60 Retro Finest.
What this tells me is that they have been all over the place with these as far as numbers are concerned.

Like how they are still giving out deluxe packs left and right although its been over 2 months since anything was added to those packs?

Probably because the newer packs were only issued with one type of pack. Base.

I've been getting the same new threads players over and over and over

I can’t even tell you how many Tatis and Rodriguez all star cards I’ve pulled. Often consecutively. Never gotten duped on great cards, strictly quick sell. Seems pretty messed up and far from random chance.
