9th Inning card Reveals
-
3rd Boss is World Series MVP Corey Seager
-
Xander Bogaerts on the 17th ... or Extreme.

Hey, there's always the 10th inning

That Zach Wheeler finest card last year was probably my best pitcher so I will have to get him -
Other weekend classic is Mickey Mantle. The only place I wish it didn't come from.

Wild card programs are pretty much what one would expect from 2025 design. 1 or 2 cards per team, trivial programs, and a DQ that almost nobody wanted. oh and a 4 team conquest (why not 8?) with the same rewards they have been giving out for a long time. And of course no updates to whats in the deluxe packs.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will eventually release a mini season as part of the playoff content, but we will see.

We'll see if I am still playing then. Lots of other games to play and I always take the end/beginning of the year off so that I don't burn myself out

Congrats on making it this far, I played minimally through the 8th inning(the repeatable mini season the reason I played at all) but haven't touched it in over a week to 10 days. My interest disappeared when they started all the super powered cards( warranted or not, mostly not) all the new Phillies should have peaked my interest again, but it hasn't, I've never liked the super powered near max cards(a few players would deserve one) ....

I just paced myself. Spent a ton of time playing other games and working on my two MLB The Show web apps. There were long gaps without any Cardinal content where I never touched the game.
I played a lot of other games in that span too, some of which have been really long (AC Shadows, Roadcraft, and now Borderlands 4 - Ghost of Yotei is on deck and Outer Worlds 2 is coming). It has been easy to distract myself when I was not feeling it.
