Which two? I don't think there would be any argument with Mussina. I am guessing the other one you think okay is 4 HRs in a game?
In the end it boils down to your own definition of milestone.
The Cambridge dictionary defines it as
an important event in the development or history of something or in someone's life:
With that definition they all qualify.

Mussina's 250 (I'd prefer if SDS established more traditional threshholds for clubs (300 W, 500 HR, 3000 H, etc), but given that we may not ever have another 300 game winner, I'll allow it)
Delgado's 4 (currently the tied record for most HR in a game)Invalid:
Wood's 266 - Not even in the Top 5 of Cubs seasonsSoler's 48 - Tied for 74th for most HR in a season
Neither Wood or Soler set a record that was later surpassed, so it wasn't a development. Ergo, your definition is inapplicable.

I was always a Mussina fan so it'd be nice to get that card, but I'll have to buy it if available as I don't really do multiplayer anymore.

Soler's 48 homer season set (tied) the royals single season homer record (with Salvy) so that one is legitimate, agree with mussina not being a milestone for league leader
