Being given 2X defensive attributes for a few games only to be put at DH

I’ve seen a couple times now where the coach gives you the opportunity to improve your defensive attributes 2x for 3 games, only for you to be placed at DH for those games. Can this be resolved?

Probably not. That's about as frustrating as having a challenge over the next 3 games and a game is wasted with pinch hit.
