Here is what they dont tell you...99 Chipper...hidden in a chase pack. They can't defend this anymore... in fact they dont, they avoided letting anyone know at all, knowing the blow back they'd get. It's absolutely laughable anymore.

Welcome to the Show!
If you can believe it, Wheel rewards were even more suspect when they first started.
Of course, they also updated the wheel during the year (which they have yet to do this year. I'm assuming(?) it'll happen eventually but we won't know till we know.)
