New Game Mode Idea

I have an idea for a new game mode. After you retire in road to the show or select it as a new save file, you would get a call from your old high school's principal, telling you the head baseball coach just retired and asking if you want the job. If you say yes, you become the coach and have to give the team minigame drills (depending how good you do on them, your players will get a larger boost), decide how often to practice, give speeches to improve morale, and make critical in-game decisions. The year culminates in trying to win the district and state championship. Depending on how well you do, you can get coaching offers from colleges and minor league teams, trying to work up the coaching ranks to become a big league manager. Any thoughts?
